Rick has been working for BMW Motorcycles since 2001 and has been with BMW Motorcycles of Escondido since it's beginning. He has been riding motorcycles on and off road since he was 9 years old and has recently put his skills to the test with the WERA Roadracing series.
Rick is an avid BMW enthusiast and is always happy to share his wealth of knowledge of the latest in parts, accessories, or apparel.

CJ has been working with BMW since 2003. He started out washing motorcycles and worked his way up to be the youngest technician to receive Master Certification status from BMW Motorcycles. CJ has many other accomplishments including 2 land speed records out at Bonneville on his K1200R.

Paul Shillito

With Over 26 years of working on BMW bikes, Paul has seen the progression of both the boxers and the K motors into the powerhouses that they are today. Also in his accolades, Paul is an accomplished road racer at Willow Springs and many other circuits through the 1980's.
Though he is fully up-to-date with his BMW Factory Master Certified Technician status, his expertise at our shop is any of the older R and K bikes from the mid 90's all the way back to the /2 models, and some even older still! He has done restoration projects as well as airhead performance upgrades to numerous motorcycles here at the shop.

Steve has been in the motorcycle industry since the 1980s and is a wealth of knowledge on all motorcycles. He's owned amny bikes over the years including a BMW R65LS, R100RS, R90S (two of them), R75/5 (John Hermans old bike) and more recent 2006 R1200S and R1200HP Mega Moto. He worked at San Diego BMW as service manager 06-09 as well as BMW shop in Tx in the 80s. Managed Bicycle store in between.
