    I live in Beverly Hills. I saw a 2013 BMW C650GT online, at the dealer website. Contacted Rudy and he arranged to ship it to my door step. Easy deal, honest, no games. I didn't see the motorcycle in person, but I took Rudy's word and it was as described. Thanks to Big AL for delivering it to my door step. I highly recommend this dealership and Rudy.

    I just wanted to take quick moment to share my gratitude for the great experience I had with BMW Motorcycles Escondidos service department. My 2016 S1000XR was in for a warranty repair and from the very moment I called to schedule the appointment until the time I rode the bike away, Jeff went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. Jeff kept me informed of on the progress of the repair and when I could expect to get the bike back. The mechanic, Jon was METICULOUS in what turned out to be a fairly complex repair! My bike runs like new and Jon even pointed out a few things that he corrected which he identified during his inspection that I didnt even notice! The service at BMW Motorcycles Escondido IS THE BEST AROUND and I am now a loyal customer.

    I purchased a used F800ST off of Craigslist that I knew had some mechanical problems when I bought it so no surprises. The main mechanical issue was very difficult to troubleshoot and the guys at BMW Escondido were tenacious and charged a fair price in correcting it. They eventually found that the stator needed replacing. Since the fix the bike has run flawlessly. I am sure that I would have spent hundreds more $$$ if I would have taken it to an independent shop.

    I definitely will continue to use these guys for maintenance and they will be my first stop when I decide to purchase a new motorcycle.

    Just warming up here for a full-blown Outstanding review on Yelp. Thank you for the truly brilliant service and support I have received for my 2010 K1300 GT Exclusive Edition. I chose BMW of Escondido above two other such dealerships and maintenance shops for good reason: Everyone has been uncommonly helpful and made me feel most welcome and right at home. Every effort was made to secure me the best parts and service at an optimal price. It just doesn't get any better than the climate and conditions created by the fine owners of this outstanding customer-service oriented establishment. The staff are highly professional, courteous, and eminently capable of taking the best of care of patrons and their bikes. I trust them completely and have no compunction in recommending them to any serious rider. It has been a privilege and a pleasure.

    Went there after calling another shop and they got my 18k service done on my S1000RR in 1 day the day after I called. The other shop couldn't do it for almost a month, and they did it for $400 cheaper. Hats off to you guys. New number 1 shop for me.....Jack in service was really great and communicated with me well.

    Switched to BMWMCE after moving to North County. Bought one used adventure bike from them and have had three serviced for the last 9 years. Hands down one of the best service departments I've worked with. Always over and above and personable. Service has always been quick and tight. Just finished one of my first Baja rides with the crew and again they run a tight ship. Kudos to a great team.

    This service department is excellent. My local dealer was so unhelpful in figuring out an issue I was having with my K1300S HP that I thought I'd talk to these guys even though they are twice as far away as the local shop in Orange. They fixed the issue and even helped get BMW of NA to help with the cost since I'm out of warranty. The tech did a great job and Rick John in service was a pleasure to deal with. Jack, the service writer, was so nice on the phone that I had to make the drive down there and see if they could get it dealt with. I highly recommend this dealer and my local riding buddies will be going there when they need work. Thank you.

    This is the place where you want to take your Motorcycle before a long ride or a short ride or any ride! The service is just perfect and the technicians amazing! All the staff in the store is very nice, they'll ask every question.They are very proud of their work. There's no other place I wold take my Rt for service, I'm a freak when it comes to safety issues and let me tell you this is the best place ever! Go there to get your new bike or take your vintage beauty if you want to keep her in mint condition!!! You'll never regret.

    If you want a BMW motorcycle or you have one and need service, this is the place to go. Amazing service and really professional staff. They know what they are doing. Don't go anywhere else!

    These guys fixed my 800GS which the BMW shop in Tucson screwed up. Cam timing off and when I complained repeatedly to the Tucson dealer they said the sound of rocks in a tin can was normal when I said BS they blamed it on the Black dog engine guard. Yes I have that in writing on the service order. Tucson shop left front brake caliber loose chasing an accident and when I called to tell them that 60 miles after they had the caliper off I crashed. Silence from them. Tucson shop installed new belt on my 800ST. Within 200 miles it was soooooo loose it moved 1\2 inch back and forth on toothed rear sprocket. They blamed that on the new material the belt was made of. The maintenance staff here is Awesome. I trust them and they are up front about repairs and service cost. Cannot thank them enough for the peace of mind when I get on my bike after a service\repair

    I have had nothing but first rate service, in the showroom, on the phone, via email and parts web page, in the service department, everywhere. very low key so you will never feel intruded upon or pressured about anything, if you need help just ask and they will fall all over themselves to be of service

    Got R1200RT from this dealer and all process was easy fast courtesy, nice, polite even got t-shirt and BMW cap as gift very satisfied no confused bla bla numbers. just sharing.

    for the first time in over 3 years I got a bike back from a service and it ran better then when it went in. No bolts fell off, fluid levels correct, no sensors left unplugged, engine did not stumble and stall, no dealership caused broken parts, no nicked water pump. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME - I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME
